We offer for sale, from our own production, brand new roll-off tipper bodies with steel side panels.

The tipper body features the following:
- Manufactured according to DIN 30722-1
- Mounting bracket, 50mm diameter
- Hook height 1570mm
- Body usable length 5,500mm
- Body usable width 2,420mm
- Body internal height 800mm
- Front panel height 1,600mm
- 5mm floor plate
- Plates and profiles continuously welded
- The steel parts are automatically sandblasted before processing to optimize further processing and corrosion resistance
- The outer frame profiles are made of reinforced S-335 steel
- All steels sourced from Thyssen Krupp, including certificate
- Laterally spring-relieved steel side panels with 3mm steel thickness
- Due to the spring relief, the side panels can be moved laterally with one hand, making them very easy to handle during operation
- Drive-over & spring-relieved rear gate
- Outer rollers are lubricatable and replaceable
- 4 pairs of recessed lashing hooks in a multilock rail with a tensile force of 2,500 kg each
- Front side: 2 lashing rings with 7,000 kg tensile force each
- Rear side: 2 completely recessed 5t lashing eyes
- Stable design
- Warning marking according to §32 (1) StVO & DIN 67520
- Total weight 16,000 kg
