• Elastic tubular membrane in natural rubber suitable for food, supported by supporting elements, 9 mm thick
• Fully drilled stainless steel tank
• Air compressor incorporated in the press
• Blower for rapid deflation of the membrane
• Self-braking gear motor for tank rotation
• 380 V three-phase power supply, 50 Hz; required power 4 kW
• Rotation transmission obtained through crown, pinion and chain
• Sliding door, pneumatically operated, for manual loading and for unloading the pomace
• Axial load with stainless steel valve, diam. mm 150, DIN connection
• Fixed must collection tray with 50 mm DIN connection
• Sliding central slide for draining the exhausted product
• Two-door engine compartment bonnet

manual controls are electromechanical and not managed by PLC, thus guaranteeing the possibility of managing
the press even in emergency situations
• Automatic pressing cycles controlled by PLC and color touch-screen control panel. This system, easy to use
and very flexible, allows you to:
o View the cycle parameters and the work status of the press
o Enter custom programs
o Perform dedicated programs for apples and pomegranates
o Phase jump options to accelerate the cycle, or repetition of pressing phases
o Automatically manage the discharge of the exhausted product
o Select the language of use from a menu

Pressing times:
• apples (chopped): 2 h - 4 h, depending on the required yield and the quality of the apples
• pomegranates: 1 h 30 ’
• 50 ’fermented grapes;
• white grapes that are not difficult to exhaust: 1 h 15 '- 1 h 30';
• difficult to use white grapes (Muscat type): 2 h - 2 h 30 '
